In November 2008, I stopped providing a free advice service and the primary way to get tailored advice is to use the consultation/coaching service.

You are welcome to send questions to advice(at)baggagereclaim.co.uk, however, please note that as of March 19th, there is at least a 4 week wait time on responses due to high volumes of requests and me also going off to have a baby. As I provide a paid service and a number of readers use it, it is unfair for people to continue to expect that they can get the same service for free, hence when requesting advice, please note the following:

You must provide first name, general location, and age.

If you state in any way, shape, or form that your question or my response cannot be published, your request will be rejected.

I do try to respond in some way to as many emails as possible, but if you send a lengthy email, I will no longer be able to deal with this due to the time it takes to deal with them. On occasion, where I feel an exception needs to be made, I will, but your email must be under 400 words as a general guideline.

If a post has been written on your query, you’re likely to be pointed to that link.

It’s one reply. If you seek another one, you will be put at the back of queue of emails or if depending on the length of what is sent, you may be directed to the paid service. It is unfair to other people who are already in the queue for you to keep sending emails and expecting priority service.

Press requests: If you are a member of the press and would like to get in touch with me, please email nml (at) baggagereclaim.co.uk and put ‘press request’ in the subject.

Review requests: If you are a blogger or member of the press and want a copy of one of my ebooks, please email nml (at) baggagereclaim.co.uk and put ‘ebook review’ in the subject. If you would like to request a review of your product, for instance a book, please email the same address. I have limited time so unfortunately I cannot accept every request.

Link requests: In general, I don’t do link exchanges and a lot of the time I don’t receive them because they are flagged up as spam so please don’t send them. If you have a press release you would like to send, please send it to press(at)baggagereclaim.co.uk.

Advertising: Of course you are welcome to get in touch about advertising however to save time, I am not considering any ad networks at present or affiliate schemes, or any link schemes, so please don’t send requests regarding these. Otherwise please email advertising(at)baggagereclaim.co.uk.
