Consultation Service

Welcome back! Have you got my ebooks - The No Contact Rule and Mr Unavailable & The Fallback Girl? Also become a fan of Baggage Reclaim on Facebook, follow me onTwitter, and join the forum.

The primary way to get personal advice is through my consultation and coaching service.

This can be anything from help diagnosing what the issues are, to weekly chats, to help with No Contact, Get Out Plans for the trickier relationship, to helping you understand why your guy is an assclown or why the relationship is unhealthy, to understanding what your motivations are for unhealthy relationships and breaking your patterns. This can be done by phone or by email.

An example of a typical email support programme is diagnosis and evaluation of the problem – I may ask you to provide additional information to get a fuller picture, I will then feedback with a detailed analysis and explanation of what you have provided, with questions, reality check points, and action points, followed by my responses to your replies. Many people prefer the written option as it gives them an opportunity to use it as their own personal manual. All correspondence will be put into a PDF document in an organised fashion for you to have to refer to, with relevant links for support and tips.

For ongoing support:

The first consultation is $125 by either phone or email. This includes gathering a history, discussion, and evaluation.

Depending on what your needs are, ongoing support is generally $60-$85. With email support, if some queries are of a smaller nature, they may be billed at a lower rate.

Please note that I am based in the UK, so there are limited slots for people with very big time differences. Consultations and coaching are only done Monday to Thursday although exceptions are made for emergencies.

Ongoing support with most is generally once or twice a week scheduled sessions. If it’s by phone, they last an hour with the first 50 minutes discussion, last ten minutes wrap up.

One off/ad hoc email support:

This is based on the length of the email query to ensure that adequate time is allocated to deal with your questions. Generally you’re looking at around $50. However if your email is actually very lengthy with a lot of questions, you will be quoted a revised rate or asked to amend.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! This blog is excellent!!! I am going through a horrid breakup with Mr. Unavailable, and though I win some interior battles, the ones I lose are devastating. This blog really helps keep me on the right track. I cannot thank you enough, NML!!!

NML,

I want to buy your books but I’m outside the US and can’t use PayPal.
