My ex,was nothing like this....u may say why is he an ex then,well it has nothing to do with the fact he doesnt belch or fart or does..... I just simply fell out of love with him. But i will tell you though..belching and farting too early in the relationship is an indication of man that may get comfoprtable too fast,to the point of where he starts taking things for granted,or may have lower standards for himself and you...as to what he thinks is acceptable behavior. Hes not shy ....was standing in another chicks bathrooom one time as comfortably as yours,at another time.
