It Doesn’t Have to ‘Look’ Like a Penis!
November 6, 2005 by NML
When my mum came to visit me a while back we went into one of her favourite stores Liberty, where there was a display of ‘objects’ in the lingerie section. Some looked like plastic pebbles and the one she brandished at me, I genuinely mistook for a shoehorn. As it turns out, they were very expensive, but delightfully anonymous sex toys from a Brit company Myla, a luxury sex brand that specialises in very sexy underwear and cutting edge sex toys. I got put on the spot and squirmed as I denied owning a sex toy (I own a Rabbit which I had hidden away for her visit as we all know mums love to tidy/snoop). She denied owning one and I think that if it wasn’t for my brother either hiding by the shoes or throwing her dirty looks, my mum would have left with one of them, possibly all of them! Be warned though, they don’t come cheap, or should I say ‘you’ won’t be coming cheap…
The Pebble (pictured above)
These can be used for actual body massage (does anyone ever actually use something like this for a ‘body’ massage?) or for more intimate use and is fantastically small because it fits in the palm of your hand. Some may say convenient size that doesn’t look like a penis, I would say great for hiding if you actually get caught red handed! Oh and if you do decide to use it for massaging, it’s made from a really hygienic plastic that doesn’t stain or become damaged by the oils.
The Bone
This is the one that I mistook for shoehorn and I involunatarily clenched when I realised that it was actually a vibrator. Visually it’s rather unusual and is made from a resin which makes every Bone unique because of the variations in surface texture and finish. The material causes an undulating vibration and I know someone that owns one, and bearing in mind its cost, their cost per use is probably down to pennies at this stage because she’s using the thing so much!
£199/$380 from Myla
Both of these products are rechargable.
So ladies, it is possible to be pleasured by something that doesn’t look like a willy. Boys, be very afraid!
