Old Spice, 1000 Must Ask Questions for Couples, Surviving Age Gap & Long Distance

by NML on September 18, 2007

Welcome back! Have you got my ebooks - The No Contact Rule and Mr Unavailable & The Fallback Girl? Also become a fan of Baggage Reclaim on Facebook, follow me onTwitter, and join the forum.

When you think of Old Spice, you might think Geri Halliwell on the comeback Spice Girls tour (Joke! Joke!) but I’m thinking retro 80s aftershave. One of the sideline benefits of blogging is that along with receiving free dating books and a rather large sex book…I got some Old Spice shower gel recently to try out. Of course I’m still waiting for the Manolo’s and Herme’s handbag to turn up but in the meantime, I’m quite enjoying the smell of nostalgia and musky, manly fragrance. It’s like an instant dose of testosterone… I wonder what would happen if I wore it…

Ask Dan and Jennifer recommends that we buy a book which gives you 1000 questions to ask your mate so that you can get to know them. It seems that treating dating like a job interview is not over for some… I wonder when people get to enjoy themselves…

Over at Smart at Love, can a relationship survive an age-gap and a switch to long distance? Only if you get over all of the other issues…

I’ve read this book too – I won’t repeat myself here, but I blogged my experience of it at:

I hope it can help you as much as it did me!
