I’ve quietly been busy over the past couple of months so look out for forthcoming posts on support resources, ebooks, and events, plus some reorganising of the blog to make it easier for you to get straight to the info you need.
First up is something I’ve been wanting to do for ages – The No Contact Mail, 3 months of supportive tips, inspiration, and resources in bitesize emails on the tricky business of breaking up by cutting contact. When you sign up, you get a free eBook, The Mini Guide to No Contact, which is a taster guide for you to get some initial information on cutting contact, especially if you’re not sure and haven’t purchased the dedicated 130 page eBook, The No Contact Rule. Along with the mini guide, you also get a ‘Do I need to cut contact checklist’ which helps to validate reasons you may have to start NC, or reaffirm the decision you’ve already made.

Hooray! Nat you rock… It’s like you can read our minds! I was just thinking of sharing the ways that have helped me to get through NC (49 days today!) with others, as well as asking for new ideas and inspiration. I’m finding it to be a continual process that I need to focus on daily (filling my time with new activities and places while working on myself and my issues). Love the idea of the checklist. Genius!
Just signed up! Had yet another strange texting & voicemail episode from this toxic, fake, so called ” Lets be friends” now relationship with Mr. unavailable from high school & dated him some in college ( it’s now almost 30 years later). Reconnected a year & a half ago on facebook, which evolved to an intense intimate romantic state, well then, he pulled the ” Lets be friends card” , you all know the drill. I have been trying to get over it, it’s been slow & painful, but since I have found Natalie, my strength, perspective, & confidence is returning. I am a work in progress, even thou I’m a grown ass women of 50 years, I still need help.
Thank You Natalie & all that you do!!!!

How long should we maintain NC?
As long as it takes.
Thank you natalie! You are a talented & generous person for sharing your experiences with assclowns! I believe I could benefit from a consultation/and some serious therapy after reading about the daddy isssues that may be behind our choosing mr unavailable over &over! My current struggle is in resisting & not takingon the games & set ups & calling it what it is when someone I’m dating sets me up! Keeping boundties & not allowing them to dumb down my expectations or to hurte over & over! Life is too short! I must cut the cord b4 I hang myself with it!
