Reclaimer Membership is an annual all-access pass to a host of masterclasses, audio sessions, ebooks, workbooks, tip sheets and courses created by me, along with access to a private Facebook group and monthly Q&A sessions. If you identify with habits like people-pleasing, perfectionism, overthinking, overgiving and over-responsibility, or being in unavailable relationships, struggling with boundaries whether at work or in your personal life, or not knowing who you are and what you need or want, I can help you reclaim yourself from these patterns.

Concepts like self-care, boundaries, feeling your feelings, values, needs and more, might feel abstract and foreign to you. It’s OK. We didn’t grow up in a world where we taught about how to care for and be ourselves or how to forge healthy relationships or discern who’s trustworthy or what’s a good fit for us.

If you’ve woken up at whatever age you are and gradually become aware of the impact of emotional baggage or how difficult you find it to take care of yourself or say no, you’re not alone. And it can feel confusing and overwhelming to figure this stuff out, especially when you’re not used to considering your needs, desires, expectations, feelings and opinions or it feels like learning this stuff will be too hard or take too long.

I created Reclaimer Membership as an all-access pass to a library of resources that I’ve created over the years. I offer mindset shifts, tools and practices to help you figure out your life, become more consistent at self-care and up-level different areas of your life. Your all-access pass includes 50+ video masterclasses, invites to live classes and workshops hosted on Zoom, my Build Your Self-Esteem course, support from me in the monthly Q&A sessions, plus community support in the private Facebook group, and so much more.

IF YOU’VE WONDERED WHAT SELF-CARE AND SELF-LOVE LOOK LIKE IN PRACTICE, YOU’RE NOT ALONE

Taking care of ourselves is something that we’ve always needed to do, but that’s only become ‘okay’ or even ‘cool’ to do relatively recently. We typically associated self-care with being ‘selfish’ or ‘new age’. It’s also commonly associated with going for a massage or treating ourselves to something nice. These can be good things to do, but self-care is so much more than this. It’s a fundamental part of living a life that’s in harmony with our values, and that brings us fulfilment, joy… and the ability to discern what we do and don’t want to do.

THERE’S SOMETHING THAT SO MANY OF US FIND DIFFICULT TO ADMIT, THOUGH: THAT WE FIND SELF-CARE AND ADVICE ABOUT LOVING OURSELVES VERY DIFFICULT TO PUT INTO PRACTICE.

It’s all well and good when life is going swimmingly, but when we feel as if we’re being hit from all sides by stress in various areas of our life, being kind to ourselves, our new morning routine, the affirmations, yoga, gratitude journals or whatever else, go right out the window.

There’s also the elephant in the room that’s often ignored by self-care advice: the need for us to address old habits so that we can heal and release any emotional baggage that’s affecting the way in which we treat and regard ourselves, as well as the choices that we make.

If we’ve led a life so far that has little or no trauma, stable family, friends and romantic relationships, general self-care advice might hit the spot. But, what I found time and again was that there are lots of people like me: folks who have invested in figuring out their lives, in trying to break free of their pasts, who thanks to a lifetime of people-pleasing, perfectionism and old wounds, need to figure out things like boundaries, conflict, trust and resisting self-sabotage when the going is good.

DESPITE OUR BEST INTENTIONS, SOMETIMES OUR INNER CRITIC GETS THE BETTER OF US AND DERAILS SELF-CARE.

DO YOU…

  • Sometimes wish you’d had a different experience growing up so that you’d know what to do in the life situations where you feel lost, confused, foolish or even ashamed?
  • Struggle with listening to yourself, discerning healthy relationships from unhealthy ones, or with knowing if you’re on the right path?
  • Try out something in an attempt to practice self-care and then feel disillusioned if you still feel the same or problems don’t go away?
  • Know what you need to do in certain situations but then bail out of fear that having boundaries, voicing your needs or being more of who you really are, will cause problems or abandonment?
  • Feel stuck in the same frustrating patterns and cycles of disappointment?
  • Worry about how to handle situations that you believe have the potential for conflict and criticism?

I get it. I know how frustrating it can be, especially because it’s tempting to compare, to be impatient and, yes, to wonder if you’re “doing it wrong”.  Help is at hand.
