Tried & Tested - The Rabbit Vibrator

When I decided that I wanted to buy a vibrator, the first one I thought of was The Rabbit, made famous by Charlotte et al in Sex and The City and I think it’s safe to say that I’m one of many women who had the same thought. The first things that strike you about the Jessica Rabbit (the version that I brought) is that the head is a garish red and the distinct smell of the jelly plastic.
With the Jessica Rabbit you can stimulate both vaginally and clitorally and the handset is built into the base (shaft) of the vibrator. The appearance is very different from what you would
expect from either a vibrator – There is a little rabbit with two
standing up ears protruding from the shaft of the penis which are used to stimulate the clitoris. Midway up, the penis is packed with little beads that are for vaginal sensation and of course, the big red penis head which rotates.
The controls (handset) at the base have a rotate on and off function, plus a directional button for the rotation of the penis, plus a ‘hi/lo’ speed adjuster for the vibrations of the little rabbit. This takes a bit of getting used to which can jar your pleasure and concentration a little. I can barely think when I’m having sex, never mind fanny around with four buttons! The rotations aren’t too fast but naturally they are more smooth than that of a real penis! I
personally found the ‘hi’ too much to start out with and recommend the ‘lo’ setting.
I can’t fault the rabbit in terms of pleasure and orgasm. I personally found the rabbit element to be brilliant and I felt so-so about the penetration with the penis, which correlates with
how a lot of women are because many find it difficult to come based just on penetration, but the combination of clitoral stimulation or foreplay alone can get us to achieve orgasm. The orgasms with The Rabbit are incredibly intense, focused and concentrated. I don’t know
of any human penis that could create this type of orgasm which means that it could become addictive. However, the first orgasm off The Rabbit is the best and I think that if I used it really frequently, I would become not only numb to its powers but probably numb to real
penises too!
Rub your clitoris with the rabbit in a rhythmic motion and scare yourself with how quickly you cum. I definitely recommend having both the rotation and the vibration on at the same
time as I think that rotation alone doesn’t generate anywhere near as much power. If you get on all fours with it, this feels particularly good as you push into it, however it can feel like hard work! It’s well worth it though….
The things I don’t like is the jelly smell (which hasn’t faded yet after almost 18 months) and the noise. Put the TV on, porn or some music on to drown out the whirring noise if you don’t want your neighbours to know that you’re getting some plastic love. If music
noise is too distracting, cover yourself in pillows! I don’t think that The Rabbit is the mother of all sex toys, but it’s certainly changed the vibrator game and made them more accessible, and pushed vibrators into mainstream conversation.

My fiancee loves this toy. It’s a little big getting it in at first but can be done slowly with a little KY. She had her first multiple orgasm with it.
