Just a quick pitstop to say happy new year everyone! Some of you are already in 2010! Hope you had a good one! Whatever you’re doing, enjoy yourself or just breathe out and relax. Don’t spend the evening waiting for a call or getting stood up or disappointed – you’re nobody’s backup!

Thank you all for your continued support and I look forward to being there for you in 2010 and beyond!

It’s been an incredible journey for me, not just this year, but the past decade. I’m still me, but I’m not the person filled with a lot of pain and self dislike that I was at the start – you can see my sum up of the decade over on my old personal blog. I started out tangled up in assclowns and unavailability, but it’s safe to say that that part of my life is behind me.

Stay strong, take care of you, and always remember that if loving someone means that you can’t love you, always choose you.

I’m not big on new years resolutions but a new year and a new decade, could, and should signal a fresh start. It’s time to embrace you, enjoy life, and exhale. Let go of the anger, the pain, the illusions, and work your way through it to the other side. Check out yesterday’s post on how you’ll be approaching love and relationships.

And…I have some good news. Tomorrow, I’ll be announcing how you can get your hands on my new No Contact Rule ebook which was written in response to so many questions about how to cut contact, why it’s necessary and effective, especially when you’ve had little or no boundaries, and how to maintain it.

On 31st January, How To Lose an Assclown in 90 Days will be available to buy. Yes, finally! Around the same time, if not before, Mr Unavailable and The Fallback Girl will be available in print.

I apologise for the delay in the books. Babies and nasty run of being unwell kicked my ass! The lessons of the decade are, assclowns and Mr Unavailables are bad for you and I’m not superwoman!

Lots of exciting things happening next year, see you then, love Natalie/NML xxx
